• Affiliates receive 5% commission for the life of each new client they send to Blue Pen.
• "New client" is defined as a client Blue Pen has not contracted with nor communicated with previously.
• To be eligible for commission, clients must be sent to Blue Pen through the client referral form or a unique affiliate link.
• If multiple affiliates send the same client to Blue Pen, only the first to do so receives commission.
• Affiliates cannot earn commission on services they procure for themselves.
• Blue Pen delivers commission payments bi-weekly, according to the payment processing schedule, by digital check. Blue Pen remits commission payments on the next payment processing day following receipt of the client's release payment.
• Affiliates outside the United States receive commission checks by mail.
  
• There is no minimum threshold for commission payments.
• Blue Pen will not charge transaction fees on commission payments.
• Affiliates may terminate their involvement in the affiliate program at any time.
• There is no partnership, joint venture, co-ownership, agency, or employment relationship between Blue Pen and affiliates.
