To complete book editing and design services, our team requires materials from the author, such as manuscripts and images.

Protecting our authors' materials is high priority, and we implement several measures to ensure that authors' files remain private:

## Limited Access

Only the team members assigned to your project have access to your uploaded materials.

## Confidentiality Agreement

Each member of our team signs a confidentiality agreement, so you can be sure your work is never shared outside of our organization.

## File Storage

Your files are stored in a secure location on our server and are only accessible through download links on our website, which means strangers on the internet can't access your manuscript, even with the URL.
