# No Team Members Available

When [booking projects](https://www.bluepenbooks.com/help/book-blue-pen-services/) with Blue Pen, you may receive a notice that no team members are available. This means that none of our team members are a match for your project.

Each of our team members has preferences for genre, age category, and content.

If this happens, please feel free to [contact us](https://www.bluepenbooks.com/contact/). We will make sure none of our team members are a fit and will happily refer you to other trusted professionals.
