When you create a new Blue Pen project, you will be prompted to select content categories. These categories are separate from your genre and age category.
Some of our team members have preferences for the type of content they work with. Just like some readers prefer not to read books that include violence, many editors have preferences about the content in books they edit.
These categories allow us to ensure our team members have control over the type of content they work with.
You should select all types of content that your project includes. Please note that these categories in no way affect the rate for services. They are simply a tool to help match the project to the perfect team members.
