Ensure All Markup is Selected #
1 In the "Review" tab, click the markup dropdown.
2 Select "All Markup"
Accept or Reject Changes #
1 Right click and choose "Accept Change" to accept a single change.
2 Right click and choose "Reject Change" to reject a single change.
3 Click "Review"
4 Click the down arrow next to "Accept"
5 Click "Accept All Changes and Stop Tracking" to completely clear the manuscript.
6 Click here.
7 Click "Resolve thread" to resolve an individual comment thread.
8 Click the down arrow next to "Delete"
9 Click "Delete All Comments in Document" to remove all comments.
